Peacock Tutu Costume

This beautifully hand-crafted peacock is sure to shake some tail feathers! With over 120 yards of Emerald, Plum and Turquoise tulle it's as full as a peacocks plume. Strips of tulle are securely fastened to the end of each piece making it a petti tutu and extra fluffy. There are 8-10 hand made peacock “plumes” around the entire tutu and across the top. The “wings” of the peacock are hand crafted and delicately painted to resemble a peacock feather. And of course, no costume is complete without a beautiful headpiece which includes 3 real peacock feathers and a hand made satin flower. This listing is for a 12 month to 3T but can be made to any size you prefer, including teen and adults!
